I felt I had to share this slidedeck with anyone who is new to Twitter or simply trying to understand what it’s all about. It’s a great slidedeck by the ever erudite, ever insightful, and yet ever practical @RichardSedley, Director of Customer Engagement at cScape.
There’s some great tips, explanation of terms, what Twitter can be used for and a list of some people to follow. And no I didn’t pay Richard to be on the list or him me, to write this.
As Richard says on one of the slides at the beginning: The idea is to build confidence, find out what’s possible and have some fun.
